Alstom gets order from French company Proxima for 12 high-speed trains

Alstom has announced that Proxima, a new French train company, has ordered 12 Avelia Horizon high-speed trains for €850m, with deliveries starting in 2028. Proxima, founded by Timothy Jackson and Rachel Picard, aims to connect various cities in France and will also provide maintenance for 15 years.
