Announcement about Chinese factory to be built in Hatvan made without informing mayor about plans

Péter Szijjártó announced that the Chinese company Xinzhi will open a factory in Hatvan, which surprised the local mayor, Richárd Horváth, as the town was not consulted. The factory will employ nearly 900 people and has a total investment of HUF 50 billion. However, the town will not receive local tax revenue from the factory, which Horváth finds unacceptable. The factory will produce components for electric motors, but it appears that only assembly will take place in Hatvan.
