Recent archaeological excavations at the ancient city of Troy have uncovered a 2,800-year-old agora, suggesting the city was not abandoned after the legendary war as previously thought. This discovery, made by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, indicates that new settlers arrived shortly after Troy's fall and reused its structures.
