Azerbaijan has exported petroleum products to Armenia for the first time in decades, marking a significant step towards normalizing relations. The shipment included 22 rail tank cars with 1,210 tonnes of AI-95 petrol, following an agreement aimed at restoring economic links and trust between the two countries. This development could enhance trade across the South Caucasus and improve energy security.
