British mountaineer Kenton Cool has achieved his 20th summit of Mount Everest, extending his record for the most climbs by a non-Sherpa. He reached the peak with his Sherpa guide Dorjee Gyelzen. A record number of climbers successfully summited Everest this season, although two Indian climbers reportedly died during their descent. Kami Rita Sherpa also set a record with his 32nd ascent earlier this week.
