Brussels Issues Bill, Talks Begin on EU Funding

Peter Magyar, president of the Tisza Party, announced high-level talks with European Commission leaders regarding EU funds for Hungary. The discussions included commitments to join the European Public Prosecutor's Office and address conditions for releasing EU funds, such as judicial independence and asylum policy disputes. Significant EU funds are at stake, with only a fraction disbursed from the allocated budget cycle. The European Commission has outlined 27 requirements for the new Hungarian government to access frozen funds.
