Vlad, a Ukrainian artist, reflects on his life before and during the war with Russia. Before the invasion in February 2022, he enjoyed a vibrant artistic life in Kyiv. After joining the Air Force, he struggles with the trauma of war, the loss of friends, and the impact on his art. Despite the chaos, he continues to create, channeling his experiences into his paintings. As the war drags on, he grapples with mental health issues, the challenges of being an artist in a war-torn country, and the emotional toll on children affected by the conflict.
