Artist Sarah A Boardman has defended her official portrait of Donald Trump after he criticized it as 'truly the worst.' Trump’s comments have negatively affected her career, despite her claims of receiving positive feedback prior to his remarks. The portrait was displayed in the Colorado state capitol for six years before being taken down following Trump's backlash. Boardman insists her work was not distorted or politically biased. Colorado Senate Minority Leader Paul Lundeen has suggested replacing the portrait, while Trump has received a new portrait from Vladimir Putin.
