Istvan Tenyi filed a criminal complaint regarding misappropriation of public funds linked to Romulusz Ruszin-Szendi's luxury villa, following a report from the State Audit Office. The report revealed over one billion forints in spending on lavish upgrades and furnishings for a government residence in Dunakeszi. Tenyi highlighted the excessive nature of these expenditures, which served personal comfort rather than official functions. The property, purchased for 235 million forints, has remained unoccupied since Ruszin-Szendi's departure in May 2023, incurring maintenance costs without generating income.
