A group of 19 French dancers performed a new piece called 'Crossings' in the desert near AlUla, Saudi Arabia, choreographed by Noé Soulier. The performance explored the relationship between movement and space, utilizing the unique desert environment. Villa Hegra, a cultural institution born from a Saudi-French agreement, aims to foster artistic exchange and community engagement. The project includes various artistic initiatives, such as 'NEUMA – The Forgotten Ceremony', which combines local heritage with contemporary art. The site of AlUla is rich in history and aims to become a cultural hub.
