Harvey Weinstein's rape retrial has begun, five years after his original trial. Prosecutor Shannon Lucey emphasized Weinstein's influence in Hollywood and his predatory behavior towards three accusers. The retrial is taking place at the same Manhattan courthouse, with a different jury and judge. Weinstein faces multiple charges, including rape and forced oral sex, and has pleaded not guilty. The case reflects changes in the cultural context since the #MeToo movement.
