Donald Trump announced the deployment of 2000 National Guard troops to Los Angeles to combat what he calls 'anarchy' amid escalating tensions following protests against mass deportations. The governor of California, Gavin Newsom, criticized this move as 'deliberately incendiary.' Protests erupted in response to immigration raids, leading to violent clashes and numerous arrests. The situation reflects Trump's aggressive immigration policies and his use of federal powers against state objections, raising concerns about the militarization of civil unrest.
