Spain is experiencing severe rainstorms, particularly from storm Martinho, leading to states of emergency in several cities, road closures, and evacuations due to flooding. Central and northern regions, including Ávila and Madrid, are heavily affected, with overflowing rivers causing significant issues. Authorities are preparing for further evacuations as climate change exacerbates these weather extremes.
