Margot Simond, a talented 18-year-old French skier, tragically passed away after a fall during training at the Red Bull Alpine Park in Val d’Isère. Despite immediate medical assistance, she could not be saved. Simond was an U18 champion in slalom and had participated in the junior world championship and the Youth Olympic Festival. An investigation has been launched into the circumstances of the accident, and the event has been canceled due to her death.
