Elon Musk's op-ed in Die Welt has sparked controversy in Germany due to his support for the far-right AfD party, which he describes as 'the last spark of hope.' He argues that the party's principles align with the success of Tesla and SpaceX, despite the AfD being classified as a suspected extremist organization. The piece led to resignations and criticisms from Die Welt journalists, especially given the upcoming snap election.
