Estonian Eurovision entry defends 'Espresso Macchiato' after Italy calls for song to be banned 😔
Cikk tartalma röviden
Tommy Cash's song, which humorously addresses Italian stereotypes, has caused outrage in Italy, leading the consumer association Codacons to request its ban from Eurovision. The lyrics reference mafia culture and coffee, prompting Codacons to question the appropriateness of the song. Cash expressed his love for Italy and was surprised by the backlash, which was influenced by his grandmother's reaction. He is set to represent Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel.
