The European Commission will unveil an AI Continent action plan on April 9 to enhance the use of AI tools in businesses. The plan includes five pillars: infrastructure, data access, cloud, talent and skills, and simplification. The EU's AI Act will be fully implemented by 2027, and the Commission aims to simplify existing regulations. Criticism has arisen from the US regarding excessive regulation of AI.
