European Council President António Costa visited Sarajevo, emphasizing the EU's commitment to Bosnia and Herzegovina's European future. He praised the presidency members for their role in stability but condemned Milorad Dodik's actions undermining the constitutional order. Costa highlighted the need for reforms to secure EU membership and noted that Bosnia is currently excluded from the EU's Growth Plan for the Western Balkans.
