The European Investment Bank (EIB) has announced a €900 million aid package for reconstruction in Spain following devastating floods. The initiative focuses on rebuilding infrastructure and supporting affected homes and businesses. EIB President Nadia Calviño emphasized the need for resilient reconstruction methods due to climate change. Spanish Minister Carlos Cuerpo expressed gratitude for the swift activation of funds to support the hardest-hit regions.
