A Finnish court has ordered the seizure of Russian assets worth tens of billions of euros in favor of Ukraine's Naftogaz, following a ruling from The Hague for Russia to pay €4.6bn in compensation. The seized properties include the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Helsinki and other buildings in the Åland Islands. The Kremlin plans to challenge the ruling legally.
