Three Ukrainians were arrested in Germany and Switzerland for allegedly acting as agents for Russia in a plot involving parcel bombs aimed at sabotaging freight transport to Ukraine. The suspects planned to send explosive devices disguised as packages, with one suspect having already sent test packages. This incident is viewed as part of Russia's hybrid warfare strategy, which combines military and non-military tactics.
