Cao Cseng Jin, a Chinese entrepreneur from Szeged, received the Csongrád-Csanád County Economic Award for his significant contributions to the local economy and chamber work. Known as Joy bácsi, he opened a Chinese restaurant in Szeged in 1996, which has grown to nearly a hundred locations across Hungary, employing over a thousand staff. He has played a key role in fostering Chinese-Hungarian relations and is an advisor at the University of Szeged. Joy bácsi emphasizes cleanliness and quality in his restaurants and plans to open a food logistics center near Kecskemét. He values traditional Chinese principles and actively participates in charitable activities.
