Robert Kaliňák, Deputy Prime Minister of Slovakia, stated that the Slovak Land Fund is reclaiming land it believes rightfully belongs to it since 1945, denying any confiscation related to the Beneš Decrees. He emphasized that the decrees cannot confiscate property and criticized their current use by others.
