Hungary FM: Hungary, Serbia Both Attach Strategic Importance to Bilateral Relations

Peter Szijjarto, at a press conference with Serbian counterpart Marko Duric, discussed the new world order following the US presidential inauguration, praising Donald Trump's patriotic policies. He noted ongoing attacks against sovereigntist governments now primarily come from Brussels. Szijjarto emphasized Hungary's interest in stability in Serbia and highlighted successful bilateral cooperation, including infrastructure projects. He criticized the EU's stagnation regarding Serbia's accession and called for renewed momentum from the Western Balkans.
