Portugal is focusing on vocational training to address recruitment shortages, aiming to enroll 55% of secondary students in such programs by 2030. Students express optimism about their job prospects, viewing automation as a tool rather than a threat. The initiative is supported by significant funding from the European Social Fund Plus to align training with industrial needs.
