Roberto Fico, former speaker of Italy's Chamber of Deputies, is under scrutiny for a 10-metre boat, Paprika, moored at a military facility, ahead of regional elections in Campania. Allegations suggest he improperly benefited from discounted mooring rates after leaving office. Critics question the timeline of his boat purchase and whether he declared it as required. The controversy has drawn comparisons to similar political scandals in Europe.
