A 71-year-old Japanese tourist died in Rome after falling from a wall of the Pantheon. The accident occurred at night, and despite emergency services' efforts, he could not be saved. An investigation is underway, with theories suggesting he may have leaned out too far for a photo. He was on holiday with his daughter, who reported he fell after becoming ill. This incident marks the second such occurrence in Rome this year.
