A federal judge, Carl Nichols, has declined to block President Trump's executive order on federal voter lists and mail voting, allowing potential changes to American elections before the midterm vote. The judge sided with the Trump administration, stating it was premature to halt the order, which has yet to be implemented. Democrats and civil rights groups are preparing further legal challenges. Trump's order aims to create a list of eligible voters and restrict mail ballots, which has raised concerns about potential abuse and chaos in the electoral process.
