A Texas federal judge rejected the auction sale of Alex Jones' Infowars to The Onion, citing flaws in the bidding process and concerns about transparency. This decision is seen as a victory for Jones, who faces nearly $1.5 billion in damages related to his false claims about the Sandy Hook shooting. The judge emphasized the need for a better auction process to ensure families of the Sandy Hook victims receive fair compensation. The Onion expressed disappointment but remains committed to supporting the victims' families.
