La Tomatina 2026 attracted thousands of participants to Buñol, where 165 tonnes of tomatoes were thrown in a lively celebration. The festival, which has roots dating back to 1945, has evolved into a major event despite historical bans. This year, around 20,000 attendees, including many international visitors, enjoyed the chaotic tomato throwing tradition.
