Khaled Mohamed Ali El Hishri, a Libyan man suspected of war crimes and crimes against humanity, has been arrested in Germany on an ICC warrant. He allegedly oversaw atrocities at Mitiga Prison in Tripoli, including murder, torture, and rape, during the civil war following Gaddafi's ousting. The ICC has issued multiple warrants related to these crimes, and Libya accepted the ICC's jurisdiction for a specified period. Hishri will be extradited to The Hague for trial.
