Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the lifting of restrictions on arms exports, allowing Ukraine to export domestically produced weapons. This decision comes as Ukraine aims to demonstrate the reliability and modernity of its military technology, particularly drones, which have become crucial in the ongoing conflict with Russia. Zelenskyy emphasized the need for Ukraine to be a partner in global security, highlighting the potential for significant export revenue to bolster the defense industry. Ukraine is now producing millions of drones annually and is seeking to expand its defense partnerships with countries like the US and Germany.
