The research analyzed 115 human studies and 56 studies on non-human species, finding that sperm deteriorates independently of age. Longer sexual abstinence increases sperm DNA damage and reduces motility. Females are better at preserving sperm quality due to evolutionary adaptations. The findings suggest that frequent ejaculation may enhance male fertility and could influence fertility clinic practices and breeding programs.
