A Norwegian ship with an all-Russian crew, the Silver Dania, was seized by police in Norway due to suspicions of involvement in damage to an underwater telecoms cable in the Baltic Sea. The ship was stopped in Tromsø following a request from Latvian authorities. There are concerns about Russian sabotage in the region, as similar incidents have occurred recently.
