Thousands of supporters of the French National Rally (RN) are gathering in Mormant-sur-Vernisson for a rally celebrating their European election success a year ago. Despite winning 120 seats in the National Assembly, the RN did not achieve a majority. The rally aims to unite far-right leaders and celebrate the party's achievements, while also facing a counter-demonstration from left-wing groups. Marine Le Pen's recent court ruling has raised questions about her political future, with Jordan Bardella emerging as a potential candidate for the 2027 presidential election.
