Poland has forwarded a complaint to Luxembourg regarding the Mercosur trade agreement, which it believes could harm its agriculture. Deputy Foreign Minister Marcin Bosacki expects the Court's ruling to suspend the agreement's validity. Agriculture Minister Stefan Krajewski confirmed Poland is the only EU member to take legal action against the deal, emphasizing the government's support for farmers and consumers. The provisional application of the agreement began on May 1, 2023.
