Poland has warned Russia not to complain if its aircraft or missiles are shot down over NATO territory following recent airspace violations by Russian planes. Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski emphasized this during a UN Security Council meeting, stating that Poland will take action against unauthorized incursions. The UK's Foreign Secretary also highlighted the risks of confrontation, while Russia dismissed the concerns. Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk reiterated the country's stance on defending its airspace, and NATO is set to consult on the matter.
