Polish President Karol Nawrocki has revoked the Order of the White Eagle from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy due to Ukraine's naming a military unit after a controversial World War Two group. The decision has sparked backlash from Ukrainian officials, who view it as a strategic mistake that benefits Russia. Despite the revocation, Nawrocki emphasized that Poland's support for Ukraine remains unchanged, highlighting the complex historical tensions between the two nations.
