Marine Rousseau, a 41-year-old woman, was arrested in Fátima for domestic violence and abandonment after her two young children were found alone on a public road. Rousseau, who presents herself as a sexologist, had been reported missing by her family. Her partner, Marc Ballabrigade, has a history of domestic violence. The children are currently in good health and under temporary foster care while authorities determine their future.
