This year, AI has advanced robotics, culminating in the World Humanoid Robot Games in Beijing, where robots from 16 countries competed. The Chinese team Unitree Robotics won the 4x100 metres relay. The International Humanoid Olympiad showcased robots' skills in dancing and archery. Notable developments include XPeng's humanoid robot IRON, capable of autonomous decision-making, and Realbotix's robot Aria, designed for human interaction. Other robots like Panbotica and 4NE1 focus on practical tasks and companionship for the elderly.
