A Ukrainian drone attack on a fertiliser plant in western Russia resulted in seven deaths and at least ten injuries. The plant, located in Dorogobuzh, was struck by 30 drones, prompting regional governor Vasily Anokhin to label it a 'barbaric terrorist attack.' Rescuers are addressing the situation, and there are concerns about potential toxic pollution. Schools in the area have shifted to remote learning. The ongoing war in Ukraine has seen increased drone strikes, with peace negotiations currently stalled.
