A spokesperson for the Security Service of Ukraine confirmed the arrest of two North Korean soldiers in Russia's Kursk region, citing it as evidence of North Korea's involvement in the war. The soldiers are being questioned in Kyiv with the help of Korean interpreters. President Zelenskyy stated that their capture was difficult and highlighted the efforts of Russia and North Korea to conceal their presence on the battlefield. The situation escalates as sanctions against Russia's energy sector are announced, and cross-border drone strikes continue.
