Barcelona is experiencing severe flooding, with search and rescue operations ongoing following last week's deadly floods in Valencia. The Spanish meteorological agency has issued a red alert for torrential rain in Catalonia. Flooding has disrupted flights and rail services, and there are concerns for missing individuals trapped in vehicles. The situation has led to public anger towards authorities for perceived inadequate responses. The military has been deployed to assist in rescue efforts, and local authorities are extending travel restrictions.
