A painting by Pieter Brueghel the Younger, stolen in 1974 from the Gdańsk National Museum, has been found at the Gouda Museum in the Netherlands. The artwork, 'Woman Carrying the Embers', symbolizes duplicity and was missing for decades. Investigator Arthur Brand discovered it was swapped with a reproduction after the theft. Dutch and Polish authorities are now collaborating to return the painting.
