Studio Kremlin, located in Ivry-sur-Seine near Paris, has transformed a former industrial area into a creative hub for independent filmmakers through its initiative La Kolok. Launched in June, it aims to foster networking among audiovisual professionals, offering physical spaces, events, and project incubation programs. The project received significant investment, including funds from the European Cohesion Policy. Co-founders Eric Ducher and Carine Loison highlight the unique opportunities available, while the initiative also seeks to connect with the local community through a new food court and urban development.
