Summoned Russian ambassador leaves Ministry of Foreign Affairs after less than half an hour

Russian Ambassador Yevgeny Stanislavov visited the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in response to a recent Russian drone attack on Ukraine, which affected Transcarpathia. Foreign Minister Anita Orbán condemned the attack, marking a shift in Hungary's diplomatic approach compared to the previous administration. The Prime Minister noted the attack's intensity and its impact on Hungarian railway employees. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to Péter Magyar for his strong stance. Orbán also promised to restore the strengths of Hungarian diplomacy during a general assembly.
