Mahmoud Khader Abed Adra, also known as Hicham Harb, has been arrested by Palestinian authorities in the West Bank for his role in the 1982 attack on the Jo Goldenberg restaurant in Paris, which resulted in six deaths and numerous injuries. The arrest comes as France prepares to recognize Palestine, with President Macron emphasizing cooperation for Adra's extradition. The National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office confirmed the arrest under an international warrant. Adra faces charges of terrorist murder and attempted murder, with a trial expected next year.
