A Swedish woman, Lina Ishaq, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for genocide and war crimes against the Yazidi people while she was part of the Islamic State in Syria. She was found guilty of enslaving Yazidi women and children and has a history of involvement with IS, including taking her children to Syria.
