The Jobar Synagogue, a significant religious site for the dwindling Jewish community, was visited by Bakhour Chamntoub, who expressed deep sorrow over its destruction. The Jewish population in Syria has drastically decreased, with only nine Jews remaining. Despite challenges, Chamntoub maintains his faith and hopes for a brighter future for Syrians post-Assad.
