Juraj Blanár, the Slovak foreign minister, instructed the country's permanent EU representative not to block the approval process of the EU's 20th sanctions package against Russia, provided that oil shipments continue through the Druzhba pipeline. This announcement followed the resumption of oil transport to Slovakia after nearly three months. Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that 13,000 tons of oil should arrive in Slovakia on Thursday, with a total of 119,000 tons expected by the end of April, primarily for the Slovnaft refinery.
